Prithivi White Peony
Stepping out from the regulars, an exceptional white peony made using a single varietal tea plant, Tinali-17. The tender buds and the furled leaves were carefully plucked during the early morning and sun-dried over soft light. The leaves undergo slow natural oxidation for a certain period of time which develops the flavor of this tea. The buds and large tippy leaves produce a soft and mellow liquor with notes of stone fruits and vanilla.
